Infinity Stars Preschool No-Refund Policy

Effective Date: 2-20-2025

At Infinity Stars Preschool, we are committed to providing high-quality digital learning experiences for young children. Because our content is digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, we have a strict no-refund policy in place.

No Refunds on Digital Products & Memberships

All purchases, including but not limited to:

• Monthly memberships

• Digital downloads (storybooks, activity packs, lesson materials)

• Online courses or pre-recorded classes

are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

Membership Cancellation

Parents may cancel their subscriptions at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing cycle. Your access to the preschool content will continue until the end of your paid period.

Exceptional Cases

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges due to a system error (must be reported within 7 days).

• Incorrect charges (e.g., charged for the wrong membership tier).
