• Our services are designed for children ages 3 to 7 and are intended to be guided by parents or guardians.

• By purchasing a membership or digital product, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Membership and Payment

• Membership subscriptions and pricing are subject to change.

• Payments are processed through a third party. Payment must be made in full to secure your child’s spot.

3. Use of Content

• All digital materials, including audio lessons, storybooks, and printable activities, are for personal use only.

• Redistribution, reproduction, or commercial use of our content without permission is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to update or modify our content at any time.

4. Cancellation and Termination

• Parents can cancel at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing cycle.

• We reserve the right to terminate a user’s access if they violate these terms, including disruptive behavior in live sessions, community posts, or group chats (if applicable), or misuse of content.

5. Liability Disclaimer

• Infinity Stars Preschool is not responsible for any technical issues, internet disruptions, or failures on third-party platforms that may affect access to our services.

• Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their child’s participation in activities and ensuring a safe environment.

• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes; our content is designed for educational enrichment.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

• We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected, such as names and email addresses, is used solely for managing memberships and communication purposes.

 7. Indemnification

• Hold Harmless Clause: Parents/guardians agree to hold Infinity Stars Preschool and any instructors (Ms. Shelli) harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from their child’s participation in the workshops/lessons. This includes, but is not limited to, physical injuries, emotional distress, technical issues, or cybersecurity breaches.

• We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
